Organizational and Personnel Changes
Mazda Motor Corporation has announced the following organizational and personnel changes, effective January 1, 2026.
1. Organizational Changes
Design domain
- Aim

- To shift toward a framework that delivers value under consistent direction centered on design strategy in order to realize MAZDA 2030 VISION. Furthermore, the aim is to enhance planning accuracy by closely aligning with the corporate strategy, which will lead to high-quality mass production design development within shorter timeframes. The goal is also to build an organization that continuously drives innovation and delivers high-quality designs by fostering a culture where individuals can act autonomously and demonstrate their strengths.
- Description of changes

- Advance Design Studio, Production Design Studio, and Design Modeling Studio will be eliminated and reorganized into the newly established Design Creation Studio and Design Innovation Studio.
- Brand Style Management Dept. will be renamed Brand Style Studio.
