Aim

• To minimize the impact of the rapidly changing external environment, the company will review the costs of the entire supply chain and accelerate independent cost reduction activities. This will lead to a fundamental review of the cost planning function, and with the goal of achieving appropriate costs in line with customer value, a system will be established to achieve cost reductions of 3%, or nearly 100 billion yen, by the end of the fiscal year ending March 2027.
