Personnel Changes
Mazda Motor Corporation has announced the following organizational and personnel changes, effective Oct.1, 2023.
1. Organizational Changes
(1) Corporate strategy and corporate planning

- Strengthen the business and establish a business structure which will facilitate continuous growth of the company amid major changes in the structure of the automotive industry.
- Description of changes

- Business Structure Strategy Department will be newly established in Corporate Strategy Division. Some functions of Corporate Strategy Division, Planning Promotion Department as well as Program Finance Planning Department in Corporate Planning & Development Division will be transferred to and integrated in Business Structure Strategy Department.
