1. Domestic Production Mazda's total domestic production volume in April 2013 increased 13.1% compared to April 2012 due to increased production of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

2. Overseas Production Mazda's overseas production volume in April 2013 decreased 19.3% compared to April 2012, reflecting decreased production of passenger cars.

II. Domestic Sales
Mazda's total domestic sales volume in April 2013 increased 1.9% compared to April 2012 due to increased sales of both passenger and commercial vehicles. Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 4.7% (down 0.2 points year-on-year), with a 2.4% share of the micro-mini segment (up 0.3 points year-on-year) and a 3.8% total market share (up 0.1 points year-on-year).

III. Exports
Mazda's export volume in April 2013 increased 36.2% year-on-year, reflecting increased shipments to North America, Europe, Oceania and others.
