Mazda's total domestic production volume in September 2010 increased year-on-year for the tenth consecutive month, growing 6.4% compared to September 2009, reflecting increased production of passenger vehicles.

Mazda2 (Demio):	16,953 units	(up 13.7% year-on-year)
CX-7:	9,681 units	(up 82.0% year-on-year)

Mazda's domestic production volume in the period from April through September 2010 increased 17.9% compared to the same period in 2009, reflecting increased production of passenger vehicles.

2. Overseas Production
(1) September 2010
Posting a year-on-year increase for the sixteenth consecutive month, Mazda's overseas production volume in September 2010 improved 18.6% on September 2009, reflecting healthy production of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 5.2% (down 1.3 points year-on-year), with a 2.8% share of the micro-mini segment (down 0.5 points year-on-year) and a 4.4% total market share (down 1.0 points year-on-year).

Mazda's total domestic sales volume in the period from April through September 2010 increased 19.0% compared to the same period in 2009, due to increased sales of both passenger and commercial vehicles.
Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 5.9% (up 0.1 points year-on-year), with a 3.0% share of the micro-mini segment (unchanged year-on-year) and a 4.9% total market share (up 0.1 points year-on-year).
