Mazda Motor Corporation’s production and sales results for February 2010 are summarized below.

1. Domestic Production
Mazda’s total domestic production volume in February 2010 increased for the third consecutive month, growing 71.3% compared to February 2009 due to increased production of passenger vehicles.

Mazda2 (Demio):	12,033 units	(up 87.7% year-on-year)

2. Overseas Production
Posting a year-on-year increase for the ninth consecutive month, Mazda’s overseas production volume in February 2010 improved 79.5% on February 2009, reflecting healthy production of passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda’s total domestic sales volume in February 2010 increased for the fifth consecutive month, growing 32.1% year-on-year due to healthy sales of passenger and commercial vehicles.
Mazda’s registered vehicle market share was 5.5% (up 0.3 points year-on-year), with a 3.0% share of the micro-mini segment (up 0.1 points year-on-year) and a 4.6% total market share (up 0.4 points year-on-year).
